Unusual but could be: It is not typical side effect. Tingling can occur and low sodium could show similar symptoms that you describe. Discuss with your doctor who may want to see if symptoms go away when you are off meds and perhaps try another type of antidepressant . Or perhaps try off and then on trial and see if symptoms reoccur. ...Read more

Muscle twitching: i would see a doctor immediately. You need MRI of spine as well as labs to rule out other muscle disorders. A lumbar puncture may be necessary too. I would see your family doctor as soon as possible to help you facilitate the next steps. ...Read more

Overuse vs Disease: When muscles are tired they might twitch, but it is unusual for this to occur regularly. Unusual unless you do something quite repeatedly to the point of exhaustion. If this is not the case, you should consider seeing a neurologist.
