I have had a headache in the lower left back of my head. Its making muscles in my neck tingly and my head twitch. What do I do?

If the pain originates from the back of your neck and move upwards, it could be from a pinched nerve from arthritis in your neck spine.
Check your blood pressure- should be lower than 130/80.
Any trauma, fever, vomiting?
Go see your dr if you don't feel better. ...Read more
