Pinched nerve: The right arm/hand/thumb numbness/tingling may be caused by a pinched nerve in your neck, which then sends symptoms down the arm. A carpal tunnel syndrome could also cause similar symptoms. Unusual but could be: It is not typical side effect. Tingling can occur and low sodium could show similar symptoms that you describe. Discuss with your doctor who may want to see if symptoms go away when you are off meds and perhaps try another type of antidepressant.
