To lose fat and gain muscle, I do crossfit training and 1/3 of my calories come from carb, 1/3 protein, 1/3 fat. Right nutrient balance?

Probably safe but ..: What do you think you are gaining by eating supplements and pills and powders. Why don't you just eat a good well rounded vegan diet and continue your exercise program. You cannot eat food and talk to it and direct it to your muscles.
