Birth Control: unless there is some estrogen or progesterone in the powder it is doubtful. However, I doubt there have been specific testing done to see if there is any interactions. The FDA which controls the medications in the US has no control of supplements. They are classified as foods and don't have to meet drug standards for testing. "Amino fuel": It might be generally safe, but it has 10 grams of sugar in each serving and also uses Cyanocobalamin for the b12. Routinely using anything over 5 grams of sugar in a serving causes a sugar spike and increased Insulin response -- possibly leading to Insulin resistance which you do not want.
