Is a 1500 calorie diet healthy and sustainable if vegetables, fruit, lean protein and in processed carbohydrates are consumed?
Weight and Activity: Yes that diet can certainly be sustained if it provides for the caloric expenditure of the individual on a daily basis. The mix of foods you choose is also very good. Hard to say: Are you working out before or after taking Muscletech? Take charge: I am very glad you are gymming. But nobody here is going to design your diet for you -- you're an adult now with your own preferences. Protein after a workout, limiting calories sufficient to lose body fat for definition, and avoiding the worst grease / sugar / salt. Imitate the other guys.
