OK short term but...: Proton pump inhibitors reduce B12 absorption. I feel they are unsafe for anyone to use for more than a few months. This : This depends on several issues. If a patient had an episiotomy, with sutures placed, then having sex too early could compromise the sutures. A patient with a cesarean section could also have problems. If a patient had any injury to the urethra or vaginal wall then intercourse could complicate the healing process.
