Need biopsy done: A biopsy of one of the axillary lymph nodes may provide some guidance about the primary source of this tumor. Pain on deep : Breaths is called pleurisy. Broad differential, but as a sign, not very specific. You need a chest x-ray, and if it does not show free air (pneumothorax) a prospect, might need more expensive work up. See a good generalist or lung doctor. May be sarcoma: Most common lesions to reach baseball size on chest wall are lipomas. However they don't bleed. Have u seen an md?: If but just feeling a mass and have not had it looked it then that would be the first step. Torn or attained muscles can feel like a lump but usually with pain and difficulty with motion. If it is a tumor it most likely would be a fatty benign lipoma but these can become or b malignant.
