I have this lump on my groin area, it is about 2cm long. I can feel it and it is hard and moveable. I am wondering if it is tumor?

No, and no: Lymph nodes are not tumors. An enlarged lymph node is not a benign tumor, though because there are no benign tumors of the lymphatic system, we may call it "benign".
