A lower body lift generally will improve the buttocks and upper and inner thighs and less so the abdomen. I find that the abdominal area will usually be best approached with a circumferential abdominoplasty that will also help the buttocks and upper outer thighs to some degree. This is most likely-: -genetics B-ing present @ Ur age. The only thing that U can do is stretching every day 2-3ttimes a day. It should not B forceful but gentle. U can also vary the way U sit, especially on a couch. Sit with 1 leg on the couch & lean forward towards Ur toes & then switch 2 the other leg.
