Metabolism: To tighten up skin that is slack after weight loss, it usually takes monumental effort when done via exercise and when the person is over 35 years of age. One of the best exercises which gives overall toning is swimming laps (repetitive anaerobic exercise). Running long distances is also helpful, but can be stressful to joints. Definitely: You could also be experiencing side effects of the pill. ACOG recommends long-acting methods for all adolescents, such as IUD or Implanon. Use a pregnancy test and see your gynecologist.

Need more info: Abdominal pain can be from many sources, some of them serious. "tight" pain makes me more worried as some bad problems can cause inflammation which results in guarding by the abdominal muscles.Hot and sweaty suggests that as well. Important info to give best answer is fever/chills, nausea/vomiting, any GI problems, change in stools, medications, etc.

Need More Info: What muscle did you "pull?"Should I assume it wasn't your abdominals? Also, just what did you do to "pull" it? what kind of "painkillers?" It could be irritation from them or another "pulled" muscle or result of compensating for the first pulled muscle. Or maybe a completely different problem. Or, or maybe from an alien probe! In other words sorry, not enough info--so go back to your doctor

Need more info: In order to answer your question I need to know when this pain happens, when it started, how often it happens, how long it lasts, whether anything makes it better or worse, and if there are any other associated symptoms as well as more about your history. Unlikely: Pancreatic Cancer is rare under the age of 40, so I seriously doubt that you have this diagnosis. If your symptoms do not settle down with antacids like Zantac (ranitidine) daily, then you should have a physician examine you and may also do a CT Scan of the abdomen which is the best way to check for any hidden tumor/growth or Cancer.

LUQ anatomy: Anatomically, the left upper quadrant (luq) of abdomen includes: spleen, pancreatic tail, stomach, descending duodenum, splenic flexure of the colon, associated vessels. Don't forget the diaphragm, heart, and lower chest are pretty close by. The abdominal musculature, ribs, and skin can all contribute as well to localizing luq pain. Get examined for clarity of diagnosis & treatment.

Those are early cont: Contractions, please call your OB doc now, as i would send u in for a labor check, and i thought we already talked about getting induced, if i was your OB i would set you up to be induced tom or wed if you do not end up going into labor.

Planks: Try planks. You hold yourself as if you were going to do push ups but don't go down. Hold as long as you can, then you can work on side planks to define the obliques.
