Is it possible to get a positive OPK and a BBT temp rise but still not ovulate? Cycle 7 trying to concieve after miscarriage (caught first time then)

Yes: It's possible, but not too likely, especially if your periods are mostly regular. Suggestion: i'd skip the BBT if you're doing opk, it doesn't add much and harder to interpret in a meaningful way. ...Read more

I've been trying to conceive for 12 months and have had 2 miscarriages. When should I see an ob?

I've been trying to conceive for 12 months and have had 2 miscarriages. When should I see an ob?

After evaluation: So you have recurrent pregnancy loss. Those miscarriages could be caused by physical, hormonal or genetic causes. It would be worthwhile seeing a fertility specialist since the miscarriage could be the sign of something more serious or there could be something easily fixable. After 1 miscarriage last 7month we r trying to concieve but nothing happened. can u please tell me what can i do to concieve?

Relax & Keep Trying: You have proven to be fertile, so it is really just a matter of relaxing and having regular unprotected sex. Stress can mess up your hormones and cause problems with your fertility. Focus on living a healthy life with good nutrition, low toxin exposure, good sleep, good exercise, meditation, other stress management techniques - all so you will be a better vessel for a developing baby. Good Luck ...Read more

I had miscarriage last year.We are trying to conceive again for 3 months now but still not successful.what can i take to increase my chance?

Time: Sorry to hear about the miscarriage. On the bright side that also tells me that you are able to get pregnant. 3 months may seem like a long time but it isn't. We recommend couples attempt pregnancy for 12 months before seeking care for infertility. 80-90% will conceive during that time frame ...Read more

My wife had miscarriage at 11th week, no complications. Now its been 1 month, can we start trying to conceive again or wait more? If yes, how long?

I'm 19 and my husband and i had a miscarriage a year ago from april. We are trying to conceive but haven't had any luck. Is there anything I should do?

How much time do you recommend that a couple waits before trying to conceive after miscarriage? I know these answers vary. I'm trying to get some opinions.

Conception: After miscarriage. You must remember that even though you miscarried you were pregnant and that is a big stress on your body from which you need to recovery. You also need to grieve, both of you. Because of this I generally recommend my patients wait 4-6 months to start trying again. It is normal to feel like it may happen again so you will worry a lot. May your God be with you. ...Read more

If I miscarried 2x 10+ years ago will my doctor be able to tell now? How important is it for me to tell her about it if I'm trying to conceive now?

If I miscarried 2x 10+ years ago will my doctor be able to tell now? How important is it for me to tell her about it if I'm trying to conceive now?

Disclosure: When dealing with any difficulty, it is best to be honest and complete in giving health history. This way your doctor can help you best. If you are seeing a specialist to help you conceive, I would think it is important to disclose that you had two miscarriages ten years ago. This information helps paint a clear picture of how well your uterus is able to carry an embryo. Best of luck ...Read more
