Tachycardia: Pulse of 112 is extremely fast, especially if you're just sitting there doing nothing. This could be due to anemia, dehydration or heart rhythm issue. Systolic blood pressure should be <140 while diastolic should be <90. Diovan hct lowers BP but not heart rate. Bottom line: go see your doctor.
