Get treatment: See your family doctor for physical workup. As long as you are not obstipated which is where your bowels are completely blocked you do not have any particularly large bezoar. Your family doctor can refer you to a gastroenterologist if necessary or simply do an x-ray of your abdomen. Maybe: Maybe. It could. More importantly, eating hair all of the time, no matter how finely you chew it, can lead to poorer absorption of other things you are putting into your body, like food and medication.
