i have one in my right triceps and it moves under skin.if it's a tumor,have any chance to be cancer?

What could be causing sever pain and popping of the tricep muscel caused from impact with the ground symptoms are 4 days old?
I have had two sharp stabbing pains in my left tricep lasting no more than a minute , three times this week. No other symptoms except anxiety.
Manyl possibilities: Could be muscle pain from irritation or trauma (including day to day activity). Could be irritation of a nerve to the area.
