Just started upperbody strength training low weights &reps.Triceps randomly get a cramp/charlie horse. How to relieve in the moment& prevent overall?
During workout my triceps lock up (cramp) i drink litres of water a day and eat bananas. How can i remedy this? My muscular fitness is also poor. Tnks
Recurring ache and twitching inside where tricep/bicep meet. Recently I got a full cramp that started there and carried to forearm.
Don't normally exercise, tried recently and keep getting injured.

I have a almost constant pain on the back side of my arm (crampy) in between the shoulder and tricep (x3 days). Could this be impending heart attack?
WHAT HAPPENED?: I answered this earlier. A constant pain, cramp and reproducible for 3 days is unlikely from the heart. The referred pain from the heart is usually not reproducible. If there s pain in the elbow speciale when i workout triceps pull down or sometimes in sleeping. What can I do, if there any procedures I have to make?

Work them: Do different types of curls and extensions. Eat right. And keep changing up your workout routine. Your muscles get 'used to' the same work out, so it is best to keep changing the exercises that you do. Use heavier weights with less reps.
