Which free hand exercises &foods increase testosterone & DHT in adults like 26 year old? If there are something will they increase my penis length ?
Resistance: Excercise will increase testosterone to some degree. A high protein diet will help build muscle. I'm not sure if there is a device to make the penis lager. The vacuum may help by stretching tissue like in other parts of the body but can't tell u it works. Testosterone though will not make it larger. Good luck. ...Read more
No but ...: Fish oils do not contain testosterone but there are a few studies showing that fish oils can decrease sex hormone binding globulin (a molecule that binds to testosterone), thereby increasing the amount of free testosterone (the active form of testosterone) available to use. ...Read moreSee 4 more doctor answers

Can calcium that comes from plant sources have any adverse reactions like clogging arteries? I wanna take RAW CALCIUM from garden of life product
No: it is a wise idea for most women to supplement calcium and vitamin D. Exercise is very important for bone preservation also. Although it is important to supplement your calcium, the particular calcium supplement that you were asking about appears to be very expensive compared to others with no obvious proven benefit over them though. Calcium supplements do not clog your arteries. Good luck. ...Read more
No, no and no: Where did you get that idea? Your body makes all the tyrosine it needs from phenylalanine. Any tyrosine that doesn't go into proteins or catecholamine synthesis is burned for energy. The money you spend to buy tyrosine supplements you can literally watch going down the toilet. Remember: You don't need even a high-school diploma to work in a health-food store. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Dht causes mpb.
Is it due to increased sensitivity or increase DHT synthesis in the person? And will balding men have more muscle gains for the gym?
DHT IS ANDROGENIC: Dht is a testosterone metabolite that is androgenic. It has not only been associated with male pattern baldness, but enlarged prostate as well. The effects of Dht may be due to increased synthesis and/or sensitivity. Prescription Dht enzyme blockers have side-effects. Instead, use natural Dht inhibitors (incl., saw palmetto, pygeum, etc.) and resveratrol to maximize testosterone for muscle gains. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

CBD, a component of marijuana, has many healing benefits, including reducing inflammation-see https://www.projectcbd.org Animal research shows CBD enhances fracture healing- see http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25801536 Some strains have high CBD but some have relatively low levels so best to use CBD-rich strains. Are there any long term risks in taking 6g fish oil @60%=4g of omega3?
What for?: Why do you feel the need to take so much fish oil? First of all, you are better off getting your fish oil directly from fish like wild alakan salmon or sardines. Second, high concentrations of fish oil can cause anti coagulation that can make you susceptible to bleeding. Good health will not come from a pill. ...Read more
Why are human endogenous retroviruses (herv's) "activated" in some people, but not in others, when exposed to exogenous viruses? Genetic mutations?
HERV's evolutionary: Endogenous retroviruses have made us evolve. They make up 8% of our dna genome. These aren't of the same class as HIV (lentivirus) or htlv (deltaretrovirus). Few are active & only w/growth & infection. Co-infection w/hiv can turn on herv replication wh/allows our immune system ability recognize & kill HIV viruses w/herv presenting-hiv infected cells leading to new therapies for HIV (vaccines!). ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Inconclusive: Some studies suggest benefit but most do not. Probably safe as a supplement for a short time if you're healthy but it has risks including possible prostate problems in men. It may interact with some meds (beta-blockers, digoxin, calcium channel blockers) and may cause blood sugar to go too low in diabetics. The spiny plant (also known as puncture plant) is unsafe to eat. ...Read more
A Thorn In My Side: No evidence either way. Not much evidence for anything. Someone else asked a question implying they wanted to know if it improved 'boner' growth or function. Maybe, if you area rabbit or a rat, but not a human. And even in the rats the studies sucked. Lots of herbal or other plant-based substances come in and out of fashion. The constant battle between the allopaths and naturopaths. will never end ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
No: Tribulus terrestris may naturally increase testosterone levels within normal limits. Exogenous (injections or topical) testosterone, if taken in supraphysiologic amounts, may accelerate closure of growth plates, and impede bone growth. However, at 21, I presume maximal axial bone growth has been attained. ...Read more
It depends...: This depends on what form as tribulus comes as standardized extracts of various strengths. The whole root powder is taken in doses of up to 6 grams a day while extracts are taken in doses up to 750 mg/day. As for maximum safe dose no one really knows as this has not been researched, but some recommend taking breaks every few weeks. Can gynecomastia be cured by some natural sources like tribulus terrestris ,turmeric, flaxseeds with some exercises or not?
Find out why: you need to know why you have gynecomastia. I do not think that tumeric, flaxseed can get rid of gynecomastia. if that is caused by medication, you should then stop taking the medication. Exercise on the upper body may help you develop /build up more pectoralis muscles on the chest and perhaps can make the gynecomastia less noticeable -but will not make it go away. discuss with your MD further . ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Plant based steroids: Steroidal saponins are plant based steroids that can sometimes mimic steroids produced in the body like estrogen, progesterone or testosterone. Possibly!: Saponins are soapy like substances that are now being studied. Studies in Europe are looking at the role in red cell lysis, destruction of red blood cells, for possible treatments in leukemia, lymphoma and other cancers. Sometimes: Although tribulus reportedly increases testosterone, in our practice the effects are modest at best. For an individual with severe deficiency of testosterone, tribulus alone is rarely satisfactory.
