When does azithromycin tri-pak tab 500mg expire? I received this prescription 2 months ago. Should I still take it?
Expiration date: There should be a small date stamped somewhere on the package if you look for it carefully (just like food). If it's only been 2 months since you got this Rx, it's very likely still good. I hesitate however for you to take it, without the direct supervision of a doctor. Are you allergic....: To pcn? Generally Augmentin is a better choice. If u r having acute sinusitis (& chronic) then prolonged antibiotic treatment w/ steroids is recommended (augmentin, clinda, or avelox). European guidelines include macrolides as an option.
