Trepiline 10mg Tablets
I have chronic LHS back pain and have tried physio, chiro, reflexologists for the past 24 months without success. I am currently on Trepiline to make the pain bearable, who is the best specialist to see next?
Imaging, neuro exam: Its not clear if you have had a thorough neuro exam including imaging. I would suggest you see an orthopedic doc who specializes in spine cases. If you have not had it done, you need an MRI of the thoracic and lumbar spine, an EMG conduction study and a thorough hands on neuro exam. (which may require you to see a neurologist as well.) ...Read more

Take prescription: Follow your neurologists advice. But let your neurologist know if you are still having a headache. Make sure that you are staying well hydrated. I am taking indoblok for anxiety and migrains and trepiline as a sleeping inducer, could this be a possible cause of my chronic constipation?
May do: The effect on blood glucose seems to vary from person to person. It is not a medication that we would normally avoid in diabetics. In fact it is the first line (most strongly recommended) treatment for nerve-related damage in diabetes. If you are finding your sugars are higher than expected you should review it with your prescribing Dr. ...Read more

Unclear question: If you're asking about taking 3 of those tablets, that would be 30mg, which is still a small starting dose. So you should be fine. But in the future, you should ask these questions and figure out safe dosing BEFORE you take any medicine. ...Read more

Maybe, maybe nothing: Some people use a daily dose of 30mg/ day and so it is not abnormally high dose. You may experience some nausea/jitteriness, headaches, somnolence, irritabilty, cramping/diarrhea etc...Or you may not have any at all. If it is recommended by your doc to do so, follow your doc advice. I would not do it if u were not advised such. Consult doc. Good luck. ...Read more

Why does it indicate on the Cialis box don't split tablet take entire dose? Will it not work if I split the 20mg dose in to 2, 10mg?
Cialis can be split.: Tadalafil pills (cialis) can be split & taken without altering its performance. Lilly, the maker of cialis, warns against splitting because the pills are not scored. This could result in an uneven split, and therefore differences in drug dose. Some drugs cannot be split because they have a special coating that regulates drug release: this is not the case with cialis. ...Read more
I have 10mg Propranolol tablets. Can I take 2 of those instead of 1? Because it doesn't seem to be working. It was prescribed for anxiety.
Not w/o talking toMD: Propranolol may not be working, may be underdosed, or may not be appropriate. In all cases, relay your concern to the prescribing doctor before changing the dose. While some people take 20 mg at a time, you also run the risk of low BP & a slow heart rate, both of which can be harmful. How long have you been taking Propranolol? The anti-anxiety effects take time to build up. Use HealthTap Prime. ...Read more
