I wake up in the morning trembling and shaking how do I stop this. I have anxiety but don't want to take medication?

Depends on the cause: There can be many reasons for dizziness and trembling. Low blood pressure can also be a common reason, and this can actually be made worse if you stop caffeine. Physical exertion: Sex can be very physically demanding. Lots of large muscles can be involved. NOT NORMAL: If you are developing tremor after drinking, it means 1) you are drinking a lot of beer (or whatever other liquor) and 2) you have become physically dependent on alcohol. Tremor - the 'shakes' - are a primary indication of addiction to alcohol.
