Black bump: This could be infected or ingrown hair or an early abscess, yes. If it gets painful and red or oozes pus, you might want it examined. Apply warm compresses and keep area clean.

See below: Depends on the cause. Hemorroids can be treated with otc anti-inflammatory meds to start but pinworms need confirmation then treatment. If you find small, threadlike white objects in your stool or wiping, it is likelt to be pinworms- then vermox (mebendazole) is the treatment.

White anal pimple: May be a small follicullitis. Would consider initially topical antibiotics like mupirocin but if increases will need system antibiotics. Also moniter for pilonidal cysts. F/u/ w/ doc

They are not uncommo: Fordyce bumps on her sebaceous glands better and the skin and though they create a small bump they are benign and of absolutely no consequence. No one should try to squeeze them out because it can result in scarring.

Possible hemorrhoid: It sounds like you may have a hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids are small dilated blood vessels around the rectal area that can protrude and bleed. Have your doctor do an exam to make sure it is a hemorrhoid and that you do not have some other cause of bleeding.

A few things: This could be several things such as an inflamed hemorrhoid, rectal abscess, boil, carbuncle, inflamed cyst, inflamed follicle, etc. The definitive answer will be forthcoming from a good physical examination from a health care provider, and then the best treatment would be able to occur.
