Moveable pea sized lump side of breast under armpit feels dented/hard on one side & softer on the other dr said he doesn't think it's cancerous i'm 17?

Consider biopsy: Cancer is rare in women your age but it does happen. I'm of the school that any dominant mass in the breast, or one that she notices herself, deserves a biopsy. It's minimally uncomfortable and will either set your mind at ease or probably cure something serious. ...Read more

Besides breast cancer/lymphoma, what else causes a hard, immovable, non-tender lump under collarbone in area of infraclavicular node on left side? Thx

Besides breast cancer/lymphoma, what else causes a hard, immovable, non-tender lump under collarbone in area of infraclavicular node on left side? Thx

Many things: Infection, cyst, benign tumor, bruise/bleed; most lumps are not cancer, but masses that are cancer in general continue to grow with time. If you are over 40, I would recommend you should be having annual mammography, regardless of whether you have an infraclavicular mass. Pay attention to this mass, and you should try to see your physician regarding this. ...Read more

Have it taken out.: These sound like they could be lymph nodes, and if that's the case then they've been there too long. Once a lymph node is around for four weeks, and there's no obvious reason for it to be there, it has to be removed and sent to the lab for definitive analysis and diagnosis. You need to visit with your local doctor and have this arranged. ...Read more

Surgeon or Derm.: Ask your dentist or primary care physician. Give them more details on the history of the mass(es) and any symptoms associated with them. They will probably send you to an oral surgeon or dermatologist depending on their clinical findings. It's good that it hasn't changed much (usually that suggests it's benign). Could be a number of different things. ...Read more

Small, soft to touch pea sized lump on mastoid bone behind ear, been present for a couple of years now, mobile and painless. Anything to worry about?

Lymph node: Probably nothing of concern. The differential diagnosis generally would be a reactive lymph node versus an epidermal inclusion cyst.
