Doesn't sound very -: serious. I would recomend taking some Aleve or Motrim (if you have used them before), rest the ankle/foot on a couple of cushions, apply ice to it. If its not getting better see your PCP. Most likely you must have twisted it or stumbled on that side. We all have these minor injuries that we don't even remember. Another possibility will be a tear in it, if you have used Cipro (ciprofloxacin) or Levaquin. ...Read more
