Sometimes my feet randomly turn a purple/black color with purple spots near my ankles and it's hard to move my toes. ?
Specific picture.: Somethings just can't be evaluated without actually seeing the issue at hand. I fear that this is one of them. Randomly occurring skin discolorations are sometimes impossible to explain, let along come up with a treatment plan. Many possibilities.: Hard to say without a photo, but it could actually be a bruise. I'm assuming it appeared recently, so it's not a birthmark. Other possibilities include an insect or spider bite, an allergy to something he/she came in contact with, or a focal infection. Yes: That is a common effect of low dose Aspirin due to the inhibition of blood platelets. If your hypertension is well controlled it can still happen but is more likely if not controlled.
