Have "pityrosporum ovale". Been treated with Ketoconazole+Nizoral shampoo, Sporanox (itraconazole) pills and topical Brentacort. Problem persist. What else can I do?
Simple....: Take 400mg of Nizoral (ketoconazole) and do activity to sweat profusely after the pill. Iron all your garments, linen, towel....whatever touches your skin. The animal and human companion have to be cleansed. May repeat Nizoral (ketoconazole) one more time. If very extensive and stubborn rash....check your immune system. ...Read more
