There are 9 major: Types of inherited Muscular Dystrophies & > 100 similar inherited neuromuscular disorders. Treatment depends on specific diagnosis confirmed by molecular genetic testing &, sometimes, muscle biopsy, as most involve organ systems other than skeletal muscle. They differ in ages of onset & rapidity of progression of muscular weakness & atrophy. Please ask again when the diagnosis is established.
I have muscular dystrophy my edge is 39 it seems non progressive. What treatments or new developments are concerning muscular dystrophy?
Neurologist: Best to check with your neurologist. The prognosis varies greatly with different types of muscular dystrophy.
EARLY DIAGNOSIS!: The most important treatment is early diagnosis, which can make a difference in success. Aggressive home passive and active range-of-motion excercises, heat soaks (avoiding ice), along with medication management, is key to early success. Often sympathetic nerve blocks are useful. Seek a pain specialist soon for the best chance for success.See 1 more doctor answer

Various: Warts are viruses and, although dermatologists use various treatments on them, such as liquid nitrogen, salicylic acid, canthacur, etc., there is no guarantee that the virus will respond to any destructive method. There is a prescription anti-viral cream that is usually effective called imiquimod, but it is expensive.See 1 more doctor answer
Rusty nail: Stop bleeding by applying pressure. Rinse wound w clean water. Clean surrounding skin w soap & water on wash cloth. Remove debris w tweezers. If material remains in wound – seek medical care. Need tetanus shot if you haven't had one in last 10 years, don't know when you last had one or if the wound is dirty & it has been more than 5 years since last shot.
Stepping on a nail: First of all, you need to consider your tetanus status. Stepping on a rusty nail is a tetanus prone wound. Depending on whether or not you've received a tetanus vaccine and when it was administered, you may require a tetanus booster shot and immunoglobulin injection. Evaluation by a podiatrist could be helpful to ensure the wound isn't infected.
Drainage: A partial nail removal or drilling a hole in nail to allow blood to drain out. This will release pressure and i, prove appearance.See 1 more doctor answer
