Does erotomania symptoms includes creating realistic stories that didnt happen and ask you not to reveal anything they tell you to their "lover"?
Way too detailed!: The DSM 5 doesn't even incl that condition as a Dx but if it did they'd not be so specific in a symptom. Psych is not that defined. Even more impt is that you not try to diagnose yourself, family, friends or lovers. It's not helpful and can be disastrous. To not accept that behavior is fine!
