Mri findings: Mri imaging frequently will pick up findings incidentally and unrelated to why the test was ordered. Taking a conservative approach, it would be a good idea to speak to your primary doc first to see if this needs to be imaged further. A ultrasound is helpful. Also, tsh, t3/t4 blood work can be done to make sure the blood levels are normal. If needed, an evaluation by an ENT doc would be next step. ...Read more
