Slimy brown discharge and bad odor after BV treatment. STD free. Not like normal spotting for me. Finishing Flagyl tonight. Started during yeast cream?
Not uncommon: Unfortunately, BV is not as well behaved when treated as other vaginal infections. Not uncommon for the infection to return shortly. You'll need to go back to your doctor and go for another regimen of something. If it's malodorous and slimy as you describe then, I would get that cultured and make sure there is an antibiotic sensitivity done as well. Questions? www.healthtap.com/drsaghafi ...Read more

That : That should not affect the antibiotics. The antibiotics should still be able to work and take care of the chlamydia. Your treatment should still work. Be sure to finish the entire prescription. ...Read more

I've been on std treatment for 2 days now everything seemed to be cleared up. I got oral sex last night Is it possible if she would catch anything?
Wait two weeks!: I would recommend abstaining from intercourse for two weeks after receiving treatment with Azithromycin for an std. You want to make sure that your partner is treated as well. Give the medicine time to work. Although it probably does not take this long to clear the infection, waiting will ensure that your partner is treated as well as yourself! ...Read more

I had sex two days after my STD treatment do I still have it i used a condom and my pains are gone i just still have discharge and a foul odor my doctor never told me i had to wait seven days i got a shot and one pill
Return to the doctor: I agree with Dr. Jackson. You probably did no harm by sex with a condom. But some things don't add up. Abdominal pain suggests pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), an advanced kind of gonorrhea or chlamydia, but PID usually needs more antibiotic than you had. And foul odor may mean additional infection like trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis. Your partner needs tests and treatment if not yet done. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Red spot/small round rash on head of penis. Not responsive to anti fungal treatment. Not an std. No pain or itch. What could it be and how to treat?
Discharge is normal: It's normal to have some discharge every day. What's not normal is discharge that smells funny or causes itching. Or excessive discharge such that it's wetting your panties a lot. If that's the case, and you've been checked for infection, it's likely something in your environment that your body's responding to. Either a soap, a lubricant, your boyfriend's condom (like an allergy). ...Read more
