Been diagnosed w moderate TMJ w headaches, neck pain, numbness etc - 4 stage treatment suggested 1- bottom retainer for aligning jaw, 2- Max Growth appliance, 3- braces, 4- retainer . THis sound like correct approach? anything else i should ask?
