Graston technique: Is great for muscle and myofascial pain. If you have pain simply from that, someone with graston experience can help a great deal. Has anyone heard of or know someone that has gotten regenokine treatment for chronic neck pain resulting in headaches?
My doc says my neck pain comes from uncovertebral hypertrophy. is it really bad prognosis? any special treatment plan? exercise? neck pain for 1.5 yrs
Neck pain: it is very difficult to pin down exactly where neck pain comes from. To say it comes from uncovertebral hypertrophy at 29 is a stretch. I would recommend a good evaluation from a Rheumatologist. have you had an MRI? pain radiating into the arm suggest possibility of nerve root impingment. you clearly need more evaluation. ...Read more

Not pinched nerve: Neck pain (disc or facet joint mediated) will often refer pain to the shoulder blades. Pinched nerve roots in the neck will usually cause pain down the arm. Upper neck levels will cause nerve pain radiation to the shoulder or into the head.
