I have Ménière's disease with frequent spinning vertigo. 4 days ago I started having daily drop attacks - crisis of tumarkin. Is it a sign of burnout?

No: Drop attacks can occur any time during the course of Ménières and often occur in a flurry of attacks over a short period of time. Avoiding salt, MSG, caffeine and nicotine may help. Some benefit from a diuretic. Diamox (acetazolamide) may help reduce fluid in the labyrinthine system. What is the cause?: Please see previous HT responses. A cause is found in 7/10 cases of West Syndrome, or Infantile Spasms, hypsarrhthymia on EEG & arrest of psychomotor development.
