Ended triple therapy a few days ago but still having some stomach discomfort and gas. Does this mean I still have h.pylori?

Breastfeeding on Pot: Data indicate that active components of marijuana"pot" are excreted into breastmilk and concentrate in infants. I got a depo-provera birth control shot now I'm breaking out in huge painful cysts. I'm also breastfeeding. Any suggestions for treatment?

Consider another bc: Progestin only methods of birth control, like depo-provera, are frequently recommended for bc while breastfeeding. But they can cause acne, even cystic acne. You may want to consider a nonhormonal method that is very effective (as effective as sterilization, but reversible)--a copper iud. It's also very easy--and "forgettable". ...Read more

Salicyclic acid/baby: The trouble with salycylic acid on a breast with tinea infection is that the aspirin essentially can be ingested by the baby (though small quantities) and this could cause a bit of prolongation in baby's bleeding time....probably not really an issue unless the baby has some type of abnormality in bleeding or clotting mechanisms...check with OB/GYN on wisdome of this methodology. ...Read more

No.: Substances that are not prescription and referred to as "natural" are not necessarily safe. Arsenic, lead, and poison mushrooms are natural, too. Therefore, don't eat or drink anything unproven while pregnant or breastfeeding. ...Read more
