Have you had a PE?: A good starting place is a good physical exam which should include endocrine studies especially thyroid. If you have fatigue and dizziness upon standing, your BP needs checked sitting to standing. This checks the sympathetic ns response. CBC to check for anemia. No: But the reason one is prescribed this medication may. It is a mineralicorticoid. Although it is a steroid it is not sex steroid and thus would not affect sexual drive. Look at stress (relationship, money, work, family, friends, etc), health (diabetes, high cholesterol/blood pressure, heart disease, menopause (well, that's different)), medications, substance use (tobacco, alcohol & illicit stuff), and finally low testosterone.
