Treatment for: H. pylori is usually 3 drugs (2 antibiotics and PPI) for 2 weeks for highest response rate. Antibiotics are usually amoxicillin and Biaxin (clarithromycin). Alternative antibiotic is Flagyl used alone, but this has lower response rate.
