I doubt that your healthcare provider prescribed either of the aforementioned antibiotics for your urinary tract infection. Yeast infection?: UTI doesn't cause vaginal discharge. However conditions that cause discharge can cause UTI symptoms, especially yeast infection which is suggested by itching.
