Hi I have these tiny white spots almost looks like a rash all over my penis head and some on shaft, it's not ppp, it looks like tysons glands.
I died my hair and broke out in allergic reaction and have spots and a rash all over my head and ears how do I get rid of it ?

Your description: applies to a number of skin problems but I would "vote for" FUNGAL cause. Sometimes SPECIFIC TREATMENT and sometimes ORAL ANTI-FUNGALS are indicated!
