Use remaining 30min to work on muscle strength, flexibility & balance. High intensity interval training is key buzzword now. Good luck! ...Read more
Diet recommendation to a 14 year old male who gets at least 1.5 hours of weightlifting and 1 hour of cardio a day?
A balanced diet is: all that you really need. Rather than get bogged down in complex formulas for calories and percentages, the easiest thing to do is eat three or four meals per day where your plate is 1/2 fruits and veggies, 1/4 protein (meat, eggs or soy), and 1/4 carbs (pasta, bread). Since you are so active, you can feel free to eat whenever you are hungry. Don't eat junk or fast foods and you'll be fine! ...Read more
