Absolutely OK: It is very safe to build muscle. If you haven't exercised in a long time, then work into it gradually. If you are lifting at a gym, work with others and they should help you gradually increase your weights and reps. If you are lifting at home, then ask a friend that lifts or google a program. Mildly sore muscles is a sign of a good workout. Use "day-on, day-off". Arms one day, legs the next. ...Read more

Treat dryness: Plane air is v ery dry as part of the air circulation to remove body odors, etc. From the general air supply. This means the air will dry your nasal passages. Maybe: Ankle pain by itself could be anything, and swelling would be more worrisome. The problem with DVT however is that the physical signs and symptoms are unreliable. The only way to know is to get a doppler ultrasound of the leg. If you're concerned, it would be worth getting the study. Hope this helps ! ...Read more

Most likely: Lack of discharge, lack of pain would indicate infection is resolved, However, what may set you up for the infection is narrow opening from sinus into nasopharynx, so stuffiness will occur with even mild swelling of tissue in area (closing off sinus outlet). Use nasal saline spray to try to keep area free of allergens, morning problem highly suggestive of environmental allergy (dust, pollen, etc.) ...Read more

If you have not had a head injury then it is likely to be allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis.
