Please get some help: I assume you are asking to hide needle marks from drug injections? If so, i don't think any doctor/nurse in his/her right mind will advise you how to do it, but they will advise you to get some help quiting the dangerous and costly habits. Drug abuse kills. Depends: Do you have on-going pain? Swelling? If your foot is functions normally, there is no pain or deformity-there's little need to worry. If you have pain, swelling, difficulty walking, return to your doctor. Subtle fractures may not show up on xray for 1-2 weeks after an injury.
