Trace Of Bacteria In My Urine
Bacteria: The first possibility is that it is a "dirty sample" meaning that bacterial contamination took place and it was not a clean catch urine. In the event that it was clean, the presence of bacteria along with other markers, symptoms, and so forth would give a better picture. The presence of wbcs, leukocyte esterase, and nitrites are common in urinary tract infections. So more info is needed. ...Read more

What mean that urine albumin trace pus cells 12-15 epith. Cells+++ crystals amorphous bacteria present?
Urinalysis: Trace albumin means little or nothing. The presence of trace pus cells is probably from a poorly collected specimen contaminated by vaginal secretions, as suggested by the epithelial cells. The amorphous bacteria is also a result of contamination. To be effective in helping diagnosing UTI this should be an assisted clean midstream urine specimen. ...Read more

Urine sample (with stringy floating white pieces) has TRACE bacteria and MODERATE leukocytes. No blood, nitrites, ketones, bilirubin. Diagnosis?
That is probably a: Normal looking urine, with some asymptomatic bacteriuria (presence of bacteria without causing infection). The long stringy white stuff is protein or casts that have polymerized in the urine. If you have symptoms of UTI, then you can be treated, but if not then you do not need immediate treatment. Repeat urinalysis for protein presence may be recommended at this time. ...Read more

I have group b strep bacteria in my urine. I had a urine culture and that's what it showed and now I also have a small amount of blood in my urine.
Why did I have a little WBC in my urine high but no bacteria in my urine? Is this a star of uti? Like I'm confused?
All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, women tend to have WBC in urine more than men, without any problem. See this site for more information on this topic.

Need more info.: When you mean "nothing ha", do you mean, there was no resolution of your UTI, or do you mean you felt no symptoms after you took the drug? More information would be needed to be able to provide direction. If you mean your UTI did not go away, maybe this drug is ineffective and another Antibiotic would be needed. It would be best to return to your Doctor for reexamination and more tests. ...Read more
