Not effective: Cancer cells survive by outcompeting your normal cells. They certainly thrive on sugar, but all cells do. NOT healthy at all!: I have no idea what jacob's is but everything else your eating is bread/ starches. The healthiest diet (for both weight loss and good health) is to eat mostly vegetables & fruits with healthy protein and to minimize starch.
