Tough Skin Blister Cream
Blisters/rash on right side head of penis. Tested negative for herpes and syphilis. Doctor prescribed me antibiotics/fungal cream. Wut else could it b?
Reaction?: If any contact with bowl cleaner or other chemical, could be a local reaction (/"burn") from that, which may look infected on exam (hence abx/anti-fungal). The warm/moist environ slows healing. Should keep dry & aired as able (don't get arrested!) while using ointments as rx'ed. Give it a week. If not improving, get re-checked. ...Read more
Keep getting patches of small red blisters on skin, GP gave me fucibet cream & cleared up, but back again now. She isn't sure what it is. See pic?

A qualified yes: If you meant atopic dermatitis then the answer is unusual. If you meant contact dermatitis , then the answer is often yes. I suspect that you might have used neosporin (or equivalent) OTC ointment on the wound site and have developed a contact allergy to one of the ingredients (neomycin). Using it risks killing of one kind and letting the others grow rampantly and also the risk of allergic reactions.
