I have been diagnosed with tendonitis in my shoulder and nothing seems to be helping pain relief , not even a corticosteriod shot, what now?

Try placing a heel : Lift in both shoes to preload the tendon and not make it work so hard, soak in hot water and Epsom salt or apply ice ( either can work) I would consider a night splint to help stretch the tendon. Massage helps. If you ot for a doctor visit they can prescribe topical meds that are helpful, some physical therapy modalities help like ultrasound, laser or low energy shockwave. ...Read more
Have bad tendonitis in wrist. Had cort. shot 3 was ago with min relief. Dr wants MRI. Will the cort skew the results at all?
Rt shoulder tendonitis done injections and pt. With limited relief about 2 weekd. What should my next step be? I also have nerve issue in lower arm.

What can be done at home to treat severe chronic tendonitis in the right shoulder and upper arm? I need some relief, so far no treatment succeeded.
Tendonitis: of the shoulder should be treatable and I wonder why "no treatment has suceeded"..so....just a thought... MAYBE just MAYBE the pain is coming from a pinched nerve IN YOUR NECK at the C-6-C-7 level which RADIATES to the shoulder!!!!
