Not likely: These two drugs are in different classes and the chances of Robaxin (methocarbamol) causing stomach symptoms are very low compared to Vicodin which contains an opiate- the class of drugs known to be associated with GI upset and constipation. ...Read more

Could be...: Did you do an activity that where you could have done this. If this was from some activity, you should be able to recall what you did in the last 48-72 hours and that likely was the cause, if this is a pulled muscle. Did they also check your lungs, is the pain still there or now gone? Sounds like the er said it was not your heart but didn't give you a likely diagnosis. Look into tietze's. ...Read more

Needs exam: It's hard to say what your problem is without examining you, but a stabbing pain in the left side with movement could be a muscle injury, which isn't uncommon after delivery (especially if prolonged or difficult labor). Chest wall: Pain is common. Being terrified doesn't help. Try swimming or cardio exercise to reduce chest wall pain and stretches on a pull up bar. Statistically chest pain related to the heart is low in your age group but does happen. Look it at your family.
