I'm on Topamax 50mg/daily for migraines. What are the main side effects? I have kidney stones and am underweight so Neuro doc said keep an eye on them

Do u mean botanical?: If so, they are not meant to be smoked, and nobody knows what is in them. Anything out of the ordinary has the potential to hurt an unborn baby. Stopping smoking of anything (especially tobacco, but also marijuana, incense etc etc) would be better for you and your unborn child. Anything you smoke can irritate your eyes. Topomax/phentermine: That combo-marketed as Qsymia has a MAJOR educational effort around pregnancy as the drug is a pregnancy category X meaning it SHOULD NOT be used during pregnancy - at least in females.
