Right foot swelling since 3/14 now i notice a quarter size patch with light purple viens on top of foot by ankle. What could it be?

See a podiatrist: If this is a chronic problem, you have to rule out a fracture or tendonitis, or both. You may have injured it without knowing. It may even be a nerve pinched in that area or your back. I would suggest having it properly examined and get x-rays.
