Suggestion: Assuming that you suffer from anterior dislocations, where the humeral head moves out the front of the socket, i would recommend you look at the thrower's 10 program. Concentrate on the exercises for shoulder... If you are doing to do push-ups avoid going deeper than 90 degrees at the elbow since this will put your shoulder in a vulnerable position for dislocation. Avoid tricep dips for sure! ...Read more

See orthopedist: Apparrently u sustained a signifigant injury to both shoulders in the wt.Room. Have you already had an mri?( x-rays show bony anatomy primarily). You need a good examination by an experienced ors who sees plenty of shoulder injuries/ pain.The differential dx.In your case is :ac jt injury, rc tendinitis/ sm tear, labral injury, slap tears, instability, referred pain, etc.Etc. May be tendon tear: Based on the history you provided you may have sustained a tendon injury. An examination by a foot and ankle specialist is in order with an MRI examination likely to be ordered. The anterior tibial tendon is a major dorsiflexor of the foot. Without it functioning properly you would likely suffer a foot drop. Not achilles.: Sounds like a good bruise from getting hit wiith the hardball. There is little tissue covering the tibia so not much protection there from injury. Ice followed by heat would be a good way of clearing this up. ...Read more
