My hb level is 16.8 i'm eating multi with 10 mg iron. Is eating grape seed extract will reduce hb level or eating high antitoxidant supplements ??
Stop the multi and:: I don;t know if you are a man or woman or your age; if a man that's normal, if a woman a bit high. Don't take iron supplements unless a premenopausal woman. If a man or postmenopausal woman switch to a multi without iron. Grape seed extract won't reduce Hb level. Antioxidants may help as iron is a pro-oxidant. The only reliable way to reduce Hb is to donate blood, which reduces heart attack risk. ...Read more

OK: One meal isn't going to make or break your program- the best way to lose weight is permanent changes in how you eat. Slow ; steady is the way to go.
