Can you get dry and painful throat from a tooth pain ( wisdom tooth ) upon eating on it ? Can it get serious like spread to the brain

Possibly- see below

Head-brain
Symptoms similar to a sore throat can come from a wisdom tooth- wouldn't normally be described as "dry". Inflamed gums around affected teeth can mimic symptoms from a throat infection, and an infection from a wisdom tooth can spread towards your throat. Any dental infection can spread to the brain, although it is not very common but nfections of these types need to be evaluated and treated ASAP.

My brothers tongue and palate are red and painful he had a cough and sinus drainage so a doctor gave him antibiotics and then he got sores on his lips which got worse because he used tooth numbing medication for tooth pain. Now he is using Neosporen on h

Sounds like your brother needs to be seen by an oral specialist (oral and maxilofacial surgeon or ENT) as the symptoms can be due to a multitude of things such a fungal or viral infection. Antibiotics are not the answer to these problems.

Lots of different things can cause tooth pain, and the remedies are specific. You really need to determine the cause and correct it rather than miserably trying one mediocre intervention after another. Fortunately many solutions are both quick and simple. See your dentist and be well :)

I feel wisdom tooth pain?

See your dentist

It could simply be food stuck behind the tooth. It could be the gum tissue getting squished between the top tooth and the bottom tooth. It could be the beginning of an infection. An evaluation by your dentist is the best way to figure out which of these is causing your problem. In the mean time warm salt water rinses may help flush out anything that is caught back there and make it feel better.

Today, many people want to try all kinds of home remedies for various ailments and pains which in most cases only effects the symptoms, not the real problem. A toothache is not one of those to try and treat yourself. Depending on the cause of the pain, only a dentist can diagnose and advise you of the best way to eliminate the pain and the cause of the pain. Don't wait until the pain gets severe.
