My left leg hurts pain down from of shin and knee hurts can't squat or stairs clicks when walking or bending hurts what is wrong?
Sudden pain on top of foot, was not doing amytjong. Hurts to bend toes, flex or point foot, walk up/down stairs not so much when walking regular.

Are these: new activities?? It is likely that both these actvities involve stretching the ligaments on the SIDES of your knees which will HURT!! IT IS LATERAL which aggravates these ligaments! Hope this helps BTW In my opinion its the HOVERBOARD which is the "culprit"! Z ...Read more

Possibilities: Prepatellar bursitis is inflamation of the fluid filled sac located in front of your knee cap; it can cause swelling and tenderness to touch. Could be tendon: Things of concern here are if there was an injury to this area at any time. The ankle seems to have a problem with Dorsiflexion which could involve the bone in the ankle. Shins hurt when walking down stairs only, not when walking up. How can I prevent it from hurting?
C below: U may have shin splints, a common DX used 4 strained foot dorsiflexos in the frotn outer side of ur shin. When u descend stairs these musles r activated 2 keep ur foot from flopping downward. It is like a brack.
